Feature 1: Prime location with convenient and efficient transport
Heathwood is located approximately 19 km south of Brisbane, adjacent to established suburbs such as Calamvale, Algester, and Parkinson. The project is about 10 km from the well-known Chinese hub of Sunnybank, and only 5 km from Sunnybank Hills and Calamvale Shopping Centres. It takes just 5 minutes by car to reach Forest Lake Shopping Centre, and Richlands train station is only 5 km away.

Although there is no major motorway running directly through Heathwood, several of Brisbane’s key motorways are nearby, including the M2 (connecting western suburbs), M5 (linking the western corridor to the CBD), M3 (connecting Sunnybank and the city), and the M1 (Sunshine Coast–Brisbane–Gold Coast). All are easily accessible via the M2.

Feature 2: Abundant education resources with schools nearby
The area is surrounded by a wide range of quality educational institutions, including Watson Road State School, St Stephen’s Catholic Primary School, Forest Lake State High School, St John’s Anglican College, and Doolandella Early Learning Centre.
In addition, Griffith University’s Nathan and Mt Gravatt campuses are both within a 20-minute drive. Several new childcare centres are also planned for the area in the future.

Feature 3: Beautiful environment and relaxed lifestyle
The project is set in a scenic environment surrounded by parks. The picturesque Forest Lake Park is just a 4-minute drive away. In addition, several golf clubs are located within a 10-minute drive, offering residents excellent options for leisure, recreation, and enjoying nature.
