Rochedale has emerged as one of the hottest new affluent areas in the southern part of Brisbane in recent years. Situated in the southeast of Brisbane, near the Pacific Motorway and Gateway Motorway, it's just 15 kilometers from the Brisbane CBD. Brisbane's highly anticipated light rail project, with a government investment of AUD 944 million, will be built. The route will also provide passengers with opportunities to transfer to other trains, buses, or ferries in the central business district.
