Designed with the Brisbane way of life in mind, the project enjoy sizeable balconies and impressive river, city and mountain views. Inspired by the Brisbane River which the tower overlooks, the façade’s horizontal lines reinforce its fluid form. Materiality takes inspiration from the area’s timber and tin heritage, where layered batten screens feature and timber imprinted concrete panels provide refined texture. A prominent addition to the Toowong skyline, the slender, sculptural tower is punctuated by two vertical green spines to the north and eastern aspects, creating a distinctive visual landmark.
